Surplus Equipment to Sell

GPTE International Ltd is always looking to purchase used test equipment such as spectrum analysers, network analysers, logic analysers, oscilloscopes, signal generators, amplifiers, ISDN and other such equipment which conforms to the Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Directive 2004/108/EC *

Your test equipment inventory may no longer be as useful to your business as it was. GPTE International Ltd. can help you convert your surplus test equipment into cash. This could be used to purchase more appropriate test equipment to meet your current needs.

Five easy steps to convert your surplus equipment into other test equipment or cash:-

  1. Make a list of the test equipment you are no longer using. E-mail it to us via purchasing@gpteinternational.com or send it to us by fax on +44 (0) 1727 861565.
  2. We will endeavour to contact you within 24 hours.
  3. If our offer is acceptable to you or your company, GPTE International Ltd. will issue a formal written purchase order. In addition, we will ask you to confirm that you are the legal owner of the test equipment that we are purchasing from you.
  4. We will either collect the equipment from you or ask you to ship the equipment to us using our designated carrier. We will cover the cost of carriage and insurance: simply pack the test equipment securely and suitably for transportation and contact our designated carrier to arrange for the collection.
  5. Upon satisfactory inspection at our laboratory, we can either take the test equipment as a trade-in against other test equipment, or we can make a payment to you by cheque or wire transfer to your bank.

* The requirements of the EMC Directive 2004/108/EC are that the equipment must either carry a CE mark or have been placed into service in the EEC prior to 1996 or be exempt from the Directive. In either of the last two cases a Declaration of Conformity to that effect issued by the manufacturer should be provided. If you are uncertain about whether the equipment you wish to sell conforms to this Directive, please contact us
