Our warranty terms for General Purpose Test Equipment (GPTE) are as follows:-

1. A 1 year parts and labour warranty is supplied with all products on orders with a total value of more than £500 (excl. VAT) which are delivered within the U.K.
2. A 90 day parts and labour warranty is supplied with all products on orders with a total value of less than £500 (excl. VAT) which are delivered within the U.K.
3. A 90 day parts and labour warranty is supplied with all products on orders with a total value of more than £500 (excl. VAT) which are delivered within the European Union (E.U.) but outside of the U.K.
4. A 30 day parts and labour warranty is supplied with all products on orders with a total value of less than £500 (excl. VAT) delivered within the European Union (E.U.) but outside the U.K.
5. A 30 day parts and labour warranty is supplied with all products on orders delivered outside the European Union.

Notification of any variations to the standard warranty will be made prior to our Acceptance of the order in writing.

In line with manufacturers, the following are excluded from the warranty terms:-

Displays, attenuators, thermionic values, TWT’s, backward wave & YIG oscillators, RF power elements, transport mechanisms, Cesium & Rebidium tubes, software, cases, microphones, light wave sources, transmission & receiving components, photo multipliers, tubes, probes, transducers and tape heads.

Additionally, no warranty shall apply to goods sold in an "as is" condition.
